Write
I will write 750 words a day (5250 words for the week). I am over my 5250 this week.
I will create a piece and submit it for a contest on WDC. I created and submitted to 2 contests this week getting me ahead to Week #3 of I Write. I also got caught up on the Monthly Contest Challenge - April and May done.
I will participate in as many writing activities as I am able:

Read
I will read 30 books on Goodreads.com this year. I have currently finished 11.
I am reading On Earth We're All Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean Vuong; Writing Radar by Jack Gantos; Black Girls Must Be Magic by Jayne Allen; Self-Editing for Fiction Writers; How to Write That Scene by Rayne Hall; The Maeve Binchy Writers' Club, and The Writer's Journey by Christopher Vogler.
Work
I worked four full supply days this week. All Special Education Classes - Smithson and Queen Elizabeth.
I work on Digital Supply bag. Not this week, but I got some great ideas from the Queen Elizabeth class.
Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Got my 4 days over 10K this week!
Yoga - 1 to 3 stretching sessions. None.
Meditation - I am starting a new challenge - called Journey Within. I session done on Sunday.
Drink at least 2L a day. I have increased my water consumption but not to 2L a day.
Eat more fiber and protein. Protein each meal for sure.
No eating after 8 pm. I think I have done this most evenings.
Get in the kitchen and prepare meals so that I have more control over what I eat. I have been doing quite well at this.
Other
Vacuum the basement.
Gardening - clearing out the dregs from last fall. This got done but not by me. :)
