I’m so sorry to hear that!

With email, all we can do is send it. We can’t force it to be received… that’s on the receiving provider’s end and it’s not even possible for me to debug another provider’s email system.

As the business owner, I personally use my WDC email to handle all our business affairs with vendors, etc and my emails get where they’re intended.

Your friend can certainly check with her provider to see why it’s not being received, despite it being sent. They may be able to provide suggestions. Having your email address In her contacts could be helpful, checking her spam or trash folders, making sure she’s got enough space to receive it (quota) and other suggestions from her provider may help.

In the end, WDC email is most important for member to member contacts as that’s where I can control and debug both ends, like a direct message system. If you can’t work it out with her you might need a different email to try sending from as there’s really not much I can do aside from apologize for her provider’s failure to give her the email you’re sending out from here.
