Update for the week of August 1 to 7, 2022
Writing
Write my 750 words a day (5250 a week). I almost made the 5250 by Wednesday. By Thursday I flew by... Saturday night I was over 7500 words and I still have today to go.
Work on my blogs for BYOB. Can I get 7 done this week? I am working on my 7th one now. It is going very well. I posted my first blog ever on Medium.com on Monday August 1, 2022.
I also went to an Open Mic Poetry reading at the Dog Eared Cafe on Fri. August 5 and read one poem. This was my first time reading a poem in public. It was exhilarating.

Reading
Continue to work toward my goal of 30 books on Goodreads. I am currently at 18 books.
I finished: Troubled Blood by Robert Galbraith.
I am reading: The Age of Witches by Louisa Morgan (possible Book Comp); Writing Radar by Jack Gantos; How to Write That Scene by Rayne Hall; Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert; and The Writer's Journey by Christopher Vogler.

Working
Work on Digital Supply bag - this is not a priority, but if I find something I will add it. Nothing this week.
Check to see status on UI - still nothing, but ROE was received on July 28. They are slow this summer because the system was hacked at the end of the school year.
Drop off my Time Card for the last 2 weeks to EAF. *Checkg*

Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). Get in a daily walk of at least 20 minutes. Only 1 day over 10K. Lots of writing often translates into not as much walking. Also REALLY HOT. Humidex of 37 - 41 degrees Celsius.
Yoga - 1 to 3 stretching sessions. Not yet.
Meditation - 1 to 3 sessions this week. Not formally, but I did a 14 minute mindfulness session.
Drink at least 2L a day. *Checkg*
Eat more fiber and protein. Tried to do this as much as possible.
No eating after 8 pm. This was a bit of a struggle this week.
Get in the kitchen and prepare meals so that I have more control over what I eat. Not much this week. Too hot.

Other
Clean cat boxes more that once. *Checkg*
Clear out the window wells and open up the windows in the basement for the summer. Not yet.
Take an Artist Date. Did the Open Mic Night... I went alone, but met some really nice people there who encouraged me.
Plan some adventures for this summer. Not yet.
