Again, having reviewed the logs which timestamp your page requests, my best suggestion to you would be to limit your clicking and reloading. "Periodically" rechecking is fine. Clicking/refreshing over and over again each second or two isn't going to get you anywhere faster. As you've seen, the opposite is true and the server will block you rather than continue to serve you pages with information that you're going to ignore.
