I just tested this with order #335515 and it seems to all be saved there.
The fields don't require input ... so my test #335516, I didn't enter anything in either field.
But that doesn't look like either example order you provided.
I tried #335517 with multiple GC's... and it seems to have worked correctly.
At this point, I'm not sure how to duplicate it so I'm not sure how to fix it.
