The only options is to get it in the "Sponsored Links" section of Writing.com, and I am seeing that it's there right now. That's it. That's all you can do for a contest with its own webpage. It looks good.
To be a contest on WdC, it would be a totally different entity. It would be an item in your portfolio on this site. If you scroll through "Writing Contests @ Writing.Com" and click on some of the links to contests you'll see what actually goes there. They're contests run by WdC members for WdC members, and they involve a created item in the contest-runner's portfolio. And there's no easy way to link such an item up to a contest with its own webpage.
