Hi. Your gifted Premium will run its course, and then your membership level will revert to any paid level you have in effect at that time of Premium expiration. If you don't have a paid membership in effect after your Premium runs out, you'll revert to a Free level.
If you purchase an Upgraded membership now (or before your Premium expires), it will take effect after the Premium expires, and will not extend that Premium level.
