Tag Syntax:
{image:#######-NN%}

Example with raw WritingML:
{Image:1565008-50%}

Example result:

A green image for St. Patrick's Day & background information for: "No Christmas For Me..."

Without scaling:

A green image for St. Patrick's Day & background information for: "No Christmas For Me..."

I copied this from WritingML Help

I just substituted an image from my port because the example in WritingML Help was sharing restricted.
