Apparently ... Safari is the only browser that actually abides by the resizable property and the window was set to not resize.
LOL.
Fixed now ... they should all be resizable. I'm not really sure what thinking on that was 15 years ago when I wrote that system. So we'll see if some really good reason to not let things resize in the only browser that follows rules comes up. . #unlikely
