Thank you for the reply. I believe that I always use the same settings and have had no issues since joining (5 years) so I am somewhat confused.
I am not sure I understand what you are saying. the setting was not for everyone, but for 13+ even though I don't believe there is anything that would be harmful to a younger audience. I thought that ASR would restrict viewing even more so than a level of 13 years.
Was this an automatic response by the system or some kind of mistake on my part? If something is restricted should it not be brought to the authors' attention so they understand the issue?
I would appreciate any help you could offer.
