You don't have to send a thank you, but I guarantee you that the personal "thank yous" that DO come in, DO indeed get opened and read. It might not be immediately, because Support is a very small group handling all of the things around here, but we do read all the emails (and sincerely appreciate the "thank yous" so very much!)
