Interactive Error

I deleted a chapter from my interactive, to replace it with a new chapter. But when I returned to the previous chapter, and clicked on the link to create the new chapter, I received this message:

The chapter ID provided does not exist. Please check the link and try again. If the link is correct, this chapter was removed.

It seems as though the interactive expects the choice at the bottom of the page to link to a deleted chapter, instead of generating a new chapter.
