GOALS: Turn the fat flat! (01/29)
I know, one week is not enough time for any serious weight loss, but one week is enough time to change my eating habits. Over the winter I've added about twenty pounds I want to shed, I also suffer if I eat sweets and simple carbs, yet they are my kryptonite.

My goal for the week is to cut back my intake of simple carbs. I have been fasting since Saturday night so that I may make a fresh start today with healthy, low carb food choices, as well as measuring and logging my calorie intake. I'm using https://cronometer.com/ for my monitoring. I can't afford the premium benefits right now, but the basic does provide me the opportunity to log foods and watch carbs.

My goal is to use the site and log daily, so that I can stay within my calorie allotment while reducing my intake of simple carbs.

Sorry, this got a bit long winded.
