The review is registering towards the streak... The issue is that "Review Only" items don't have the same post-review response header as do items that allow ratings with the reviews.

I tested by sending a test review to the first item you linked... and then checked my History on the review streak tracker from the "Achievements" page:
         


So tracking is not the problem... it's definitely the messaging with the response. I will get that updated as soon as I have some time.
