4 point on WdC is different to word processor 4 point. 4 point here is good, along with line spacing of 1.4.
That's what I would recommend ay any rate.
And if submitting to a traditional publisher, 12 pont size and double spacing in Times New Roman on a word processing programme is industry standard, but they are all word processor settings, not WdC settings
