From the "Portfolio" navigation, "Portfolio Organizer" allows you to drag and drop to re-sort your portfolio items.

The other way is from your "Portfolio" page, you can click the *Gear* icon just above your portfolio to open the tools area, which includes a different sorting function.


... But outside of that, this is no way to set a default ordering based on any specific rules.
