I can confirm you don't have any email filtering options that would block such an email. You are also under quota and there are no emails in your spam folders.

I do get emails from Meta's various platforms, so I don't think they're getting blocked or spam filters on a sitewide level.

Aside from that, it's really hard for us to debug from this end why their email isn't getting to us... You've been able to confirm that the email on file with them is your correct WDC email address?
