Are you talking about adding a Folder to your Favorites?
Open up your Favorites window (by clicking on the word FAVORITES at the top of your right hand column). Scroll to the bottom of the window and you should see a place to Create a new folder. Click Go when complete.
The Folder will NOT be visible in your window until you add an item to it. Once you add an item, the Folder will be displayed at the bottom of your Favorites window. Use the arrows to move your Folder Up (or Down) in the Window.
