The item you created will have an ID number attached to it, underneath the title.

So, to create a bitem link, copy this number and place it in the following where the X's are.

{bitem:xxxxxxxxx}

So, my item, my writing blog, has an ID number of 2311764

I then type this:

{bitem:2311764}

And I get this:

BOOK
