Update for the week of March 18 to 24, 2024
Writing:
Write 750 words a day (5250 words a week). I managed my week's goal by Saturday night.
I did Morning Pages each day.
Do a contest entry for WDC. I managed to do two contests - managing to get my second of three makeup contests done. One was a Flash Fiction piece which I won and the second was short story for the Writer's Cramp which I also won. It's been a lucky week.
Work through my list of things I want to work on - novels, poetry.
Participate in as many writing events as I am able:
Mon. 8 pm Blogging Call - if I have time... I joined an Enlivened group instead.
Tues. 7:30 pm Artist's Date *X*
Wed. 7 pm - GWN is in person tonight. *X*
Thurs. 1 pm Paris Ready, Set, Write! *X* I was supplying.

Reading:
Goodreads 2024 Reading Challenge: my goal for 25 books. I have read 3 books.
Continue to work through Discover Your Writing Self by Andi Cumbo-Floyd.
I am also reading Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting by Lynn Grabhorn.
I am reading Glow Worthy by Katie Silcox and doing the meditations that go along with it.
I decided to also read the current book club choice for Enlivened - Pussy: A Reclamation. Yes, the title is uncomfortable, but the book is fabulous! Any woman interested in empowerment should read this and Glow Worthy as well.
For current book clubs I am reading A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas and The Unmaking of June Farrow by Adrienne Young. I completed The Unmaking of June Farrow a week early - it was very good.

Work:
Be ready to supply each day. I worked 2 1/2 days this week.

Health:
8K a day - I had only 2 days over 8K this week.
Meditation - 13 sessions totaling 132 minutes.
Water - drink 1000 ml to 2 L a day. Most days I managed over 1 liter.
Body Groove - Groove Into Greatness - I managed Days 19, 20, 21 and 22.
No eating after 8 pm. Struggled.
No screen time after 8 pm. Did not managed this.
Re-establish bed time after time change aiming for 10 pm by March 17. I have struggled with this, but I have managed to wake up before 6:30 am each day.

Other
Take out the Garbage, Green bin and Blue Recycling bin. *Checkg*
Take an Artist Date or a few if I can manage it. I did a bed picnic where I enjoyed my tea in bed with a good book.
Continue to work on getting my Online presence back.
