Note that you can't search for a badge ID that you've been given; IE if that number is the ID of badge you received, you can't search for that, it's not going to give you any result. Instead, you would need to search for the title of the badge -- maybe that's the "tracker" you're referring to - try that as a search term.

If that doesn't help, please clarify where you're getting the 344508 number from... and what is the exact text you're searching in the badge shop?
