In your error log, I do see the system wouldn’t allow a chapter to post because you didn’t enter a title for the chapter. This error message was shown when the chapter wouldn’t post. To post a chapter, please be sure to fill out the chapter form completely and after you submit, read the response screen to see if there was an error or success.
