Greets,

Giphy's can only be used via the Giphy system we have in place here. Yours is the first report I've received of it not working... I'll have to try to gather some more reports to see if I can figure out why that is... I just tried it on a number of devices and browser types and I can't reproduce a problem.

[Edit to add: Sophy replied at the same time as I did and noted that once you click the Giphy icon, you should get a search box. Indeed, you have to search in there for a Giphy to get any of them to show up. ]
