The image is setup with sharing restricted, so it depends where you’re seeing the error as to why.

With sharing restricted, you’ll see that error in places where you don’t have ownership. For example, if you use it in an email sig and someone replies to your email, you’ll see the message because the person emailing you is restricted from using the image due to the sharing restriction.

Other times, it may show the error in a “preview”, since ownership hasn’t been established yet and the system errs on the side of honoring the restriction setting.

The simple way to solve the issue is to enable sharing by editing the image and turning it on.
