If you are a free member, then post each chapter (or group of chapters) as static items, each named so that readers can navigate easily.

If you have basic membership, I would recommend creating a folder with the name of the book as its title, and then posting the chapters as static items within the folder, named for their chapters.

If you have upgraded membership or above, I would recommend creating a book, and then each entry can be a new chapter.

In the folder and book, you can change the order the entries appear in as well, once you have it all done.
