Menopause

Thanks for stopping by to the Menopause forum. I just thought I was the only going through the Big M. LOL. Sounds like you are on the right track. It's great that you kept your ovaries. You're very lucky that way. You should do fine. I'll be 50 in February and so far so good. This last pap test in July was my big test to see if my natural way of handling menopause was working, and with my past history of cancer...believe me I was worried. But it came out great and I feel what I'm doing is right for my body. I'm going through not sleeping at night now. It only lasts about 1 1/2 to 2 hours but it's weird because I'm a sleeper normally. But I can handle it. Nice chatting with you!!
