How nice to know I'm not the only one on this site going through the Big M!!! LOL!!

I told Ramblin Rose I was almost ready to delete this folder. I know most women don't like to talk about this "thing" we go through. But it is a natural part of a woman's life. I'm sure taking tons of notes for my daughter so she knows what I've gone through.

I'll be 50 in February and I'm doing pretty good going through this naturally...as long as I stay on my vitamins and herbs!! I got lazy over the summer and the month of August...I paid big time. Had two periods and very grumpy...with Dolly Parton feelin' boobs!! So, I learned a big lesson there.

My mother also had a "hyster" in her early 30's so I have nothing to go by except her telling me to have one now. But no way. I'm going to hold out and try to go through this naturally!

I'm so glad women are stopping by and just chatting about this natural stage of a woman's life.
