As he waited for the bovine gentleman to reply, Baron Lien watched the interaction of the grandmotherly looking woman in the ballgown with the rogue-ish looking fellow in the long suit. He thought he could overhear them talking about dancing. He HATED dancing!

He hoped no one would ask him.

Seeing that the person in the cow suit hadn't yet noticed him ("it must be because I'm short") Baron Lien walked over to the window, trying to half-hide himself in the heavy brocade draperies to hitch up his tights. They were sliding down into his boots again...
