Chronic Pain Awareness

Just wanted to drop in and tell everyone to have a great weekend! I hope you all find some time to relax and take it easy. I'm counting down till Tuesday when I have the day off. There are times when working six days a week gets to be a bit much!

When I'm not working this weekend, I imagine I'll spend some time watching the US Open. It's being played not too far from where I live...so it's kinda cool to see all the pro golfers golf on a course I've actually seen.

It's been a long week, a painful one at that, but today I'm doing good and hopefully will remain so until Tuesday. Pain is at about a four, so that's a good thing, right? One day at a time....
