Tidbit of information
Not claiming to be a medical expert here. Just sharing some information. My husband has degenerative disc disease in his back. He takes over the counter Napricin and something called Congrroitin Glucosamine, which he says makes his joints not feel stiff.

OT: I'll be out of pocket for a few days. My mom has internet, so I"ll post a message or too, but no promises.
