Burdock
A few years ago SMs hugged our dog who had rubbed against Poison Oak. I've never in my life seen anyone get poison oak like this kid did. Her ear lobe was so swollen I'd say at least the size of a quarter. It was in her ears,eyes,throat..it was just awful. Called the doctor and they said to just take Benadryl and that pink lotion from the store. Well, she just wasn't getting any better.
My cousin called to tell me about Burdock. She had heard from my mother that Sarah was so bad with the poison. I ran up to a local Amish lady who at the time was the only one carrying Burdock. She said to give SMs three capsules per day. Well, I started her on 2 capsules four times a day. Within a day and a half...the swelling started to go down.
So I started reading on Burdock. It's a natural antibiotic and cleans your blood. Our house is never without Burdock. In the summer we keep it here for the poison and in the winter if we start getting a sore throat we start on it right away. If started soon enough you can stop a cold from getting worse.
That's my plug on Burdock. Give it a try. If you can't find it in any local store you can buy it on line.
