Title:
Looking Into God's AssuranceMy spirit jumped for joy and my heart is filled with excitement finding your word art because I have a love for God, His son Jesus, and the Holy Ghost. Seeing this is a no brain-er for me, I had to read what you wrote.
Description:
Romans 8:28 "...know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him,.." I agree completely and enjoy sharing with people about God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost.
         *Bell* FIRST IMPRESSIONS *Bell*
God is good all the time. I'm glad you have a relationship with Him. I'm looking forward to reading your written words.
         *ThumbsUp* I LIKE *ThumbsUp*
What and why:
Truly you have written words which God has given to you to share with many readers. My heart is full of joy for you and your family because although you were tested and challenged through physical and spiritual events, God was and is always with you to show you the way, allowing you free choice, and giving you the strength when you need it to continue to grow with Him and through Him.

I am over joyed because the family unit is still together rather than driven apart, this is extremely important and a precious blessing and gift from God.

The in depth honesty accompanied by the details of what some people consider the ugly side of airing out your laundry in public give this story meat and substance which would be seriously lacking had you decided to hide the ugly facts about the events which lead you to a wonderful and growing relationship with God, family, and friends.
plot:
This true and miraculous plot of God's miracles is an exciting and heart warming story of triumph over disABILITIES, social pressures, and the often unnoticed work to divide the family unit. I like the parts in the plot where people begin to realize and recognize God and His work because it is so very important to see even the very smallest miracles and works of God. This knowledge as you show in your story is the important part of learning about God and who He is, what He does and can do, and how He loves us.

I can relate and understand about society and the attitudes about beauty because I've been there done that in different ways for different reasons. Unfortunately people can misunderstand or have fear which causes them to either stay way or worse make comments and react as if a person with a disABILITY or medical condition is contagious or something to avoid at all costs. The news media is telling the public that things are better for people who live with idsABILITIES and serious medical conditions, yet there are still many huge obstacles to over come and change for the good of the people which only God can do and we can accept. I totally get the idea of people staring and avoiding or whispering, or feeling sorry and pity for the person with the medical issue.

Through out your word art, you show how God allows weakness and then shows amazing strength. You and Jacquie were still alive and yet dead toward life, each other, and struggling with the situation of your daughter, Angela. The activities and responses toward this catastrophic event shows how God had a plan to keep the family together and each of you the gift of being reborn. As the story moves from one scene to another you give details about how life was for each family member that is a picture of living death and division of relationships almost completely torn apart and then the miracle of having friends Wayne and Debbie giving to you support and ministering to your needs so that your belief, faith, and desire to have a very close relationship with your heavenly father is kindled and brought to reality. This actually is quite the love story in many ways. I was glad and my spirit soared when things started to change for the better.

Each scene was presented well from your heart with love for God and family.

The events were shown in order with sufficient context and action words to understand the emotions involved with the challenges presented.

I could see the details of the actions and reactions as if I was watching a movie and my focus was changed from reading to taking in all the scenes presented in your story.

I could feel and believe that after the shock of finding out the medical challenges ahead for your daughter, that the family saw the inside and outward beauty of Angela.

I have no doubt that your relationships with God and each other are now precious treasures to hold close and care for all of the days of your lives. This makes my heart and spirit fill with joy and happiness. It is sweet music to my reading senses, emotions, feelings and responses, everything which a reader has invested into reading a story.

You also made a huge investment which is telling the story of your family. It will show people how God is able to bring good into the lives of people no matter their circumstances. I am positive you followed His lead as you wrote this story.

For me you followed the prompt thoroughly and showed many events which illustrate fully how all things work together for the good of all who are called to His purpose.
Rhythm:
I was more aware of the story and events because you showed a wonderful word picture of this story. I can tell you that I sailed from word to word and sentence to sentence smoothly and enjoyed every minute of reading time I invested into learning about you and your family and the relation with God according to the prompt.

My thoughts and ideas which may be of interest to you:

workI checked several translations and it seems that there should be an "s" at the end of the word work. This may be a typo, or perhaps you meant to leave off the "s". I'm not sure. I thought I mention this in case you didn't realize the "s" was missing.

Barb sensed that they were correct in their analysis, but was too weak to go to an emergency room. She came home instead.

Some people may not know what a cleft lip and pallet are, how this effects the persons abilities to eat, drink, and talk, as well as other life activities. They also may not understand how grueling the surgeries are on the family who loves the parient as well as the patient.
*Thought* CONCLUSION(S) *Thought*

I'm thrilled that all things worked together for those who are called to His purpose for everyone in your family.
My thoughts and Impressions:
God is the good of this story even though on the surface it seems that all is lost and worthless. You showed how miracles can be wrought from the lowest point of living. God lifts people up and gives them His strength beyond any strength of our own. He allows us to shine His glory and share the story of redemption and working through our salvation as He would have us to do for our good.

Your story for me is a poster story for Romans 8:28.

God lead me to your story for this I can give credit to no other. You shared everything about this challenging situation and showed how Romans 8:28 kept your family together, gave you and the family new life and a wonderful future, and how Angela became a precious treasure from God to you, your family, and now many readers who read your wonderful word art.

I appreciate this gift of your story to me, being able to review it for you, and having the gift of being lifted up by these precious words which are in my opinion a message from God.

Thank you for writing and sharing this story with readers.
Safe travels and many blessings.
