As I read this poem, I could not help but to think this was a person suffering from depression or bi-polar as they ride the roller coaster of emotions walking through life. This was a dark poem that was full of tears and unbalanced emotion. I felt a tug of the heart for this character and all that they were going through.

This was well written and easy to read. The added format at the end was an additional tool for readers to learn and guide them in understanding the poem.
