Overall Impressions:

Been there done that. I can relate to panic attacks and have lived with them for the past 20 years. So, I feel I have a unique perspective on this poem.

Form:


Though there's rhyming couplets and a repetitious words, the judges panel has agreed that this still falls within the free-verse realm.

Imagery:


You've touched upon quite a few panic symptoms and I'm familiar with all of them plus some.

The font size change of "Panic!" going from larger to smaller along with the "~breathe~" going from a darker color to a lighter color, gives the poem a sense of starting out in a panic and slowly calming down with each breath taken until finally your through it and left with the final panic of the embarrassment and frustration of the whole situation.
