Hi, I am PandaPaws and I am reviewing your poem as part of the Simply Positive Group, I found your poem on the NaPoWriMo forum. I really enjoyed this piece. The conflict of light and dark is old but you make it new again. Thank you for writing such a wonderful piece. Your rhyme scheme of a,a,a,a works well and none of the rhymes seem forced. I loved this!

As far as falling behind and not posting, NaPoWriMo is, I believe writing a poem a day whether they are all award winners or not. It is about getting the creative juices flowing. By writing everyday you are creating a new piece every day and getting into the habit of writing everyday. This is difficult, I have already fallen behind by 2 poems. I hope by Monday that I will be caught up, if not it is no big deal. But by writing each day I am using parts of my creativity differently than normal and hopefully, by the end of the month I will have 30 new poems or at least 30 new ideas to work with.
