~ wondering if they were doing drugs while drinking makes sense, but why list one by name. You weren't there to see what they took, so how can you label it? This is confusing to the reader.

~ Years earlier I had been given a date rape drug in a drink, and woke up handcuffed, being raped. Since that time, I've been much more careful about drinking things handed to me when I feel uncomfortable about the situation.
(I think this needs mentioned earlier in chapter 1 with the wine, but also to say you drank it because you hadn't eaten anything all day and you were very thirsty as well. However, wine on an empty stomache doesn't sound like a great idea, maybe there was something wrong that he wouldn't bring you water)

~Lenny also couldn't be Tom because Tom had no tanlines, which suggests he was tanned head to toe and Lenny is pasty. So this couldn't be a case of multiple personalities, and that comment doesn't quite look right to me, the one about personalities. It doesn't seem to fit.

~ In the following years,Years later the only times I would ever see that door used again was when Santa Claus would make an appearance. I'd notice that the door would immediately be unlocked and Santa Claus would make his grand entrance. Then Anny would always re-lock both the screen and the front door. The only person who went in and out that door was Santa.

~After I got away I saw a child on the missing person's list who went to meet the ice cream truck and disappeared that day.( Do you get away soon, or years later? I would reword this...Years later, I would see a child on the missing person's list that disappeared about the same day all this took place when he/she went to meet the ice cream truck. ( I would leave out that you had escaped, it detracts from the gathering emotions of the story. Right now you are captive and you want the reader trapped in the moment with you.)
