It could be quite worrisome if this kind of driving persists day in and day out. As it is car-traffic has gone to crazy heights everywhere in the world and more so in the oil-rich or care-a-jot-for-traffic rules kind of countries. I think there are two reasons I can think of for this lawless driving. First, to show off, the vanity or false pride, the second more important cause is the leniency on the part of city municipal corporation if they have one.
Here is where the govt. should make following traffic rules, compulsory and strict. They also should bring in legislation to control noise pollution created by honking and turning the music high while driving.

Form and content went well together. Rhyming at line ends is perfect and it merges well with the flow. You have done good job in showing the frustration and anger of the commuters at reckless and irresponsible driving of some.
