Hello DRSmith

Thank you for this little story of what not to eat. We too have had the Chinese restaurant experience and after a couple visits felt disillusioned with their food. Fried chicken tasted like an apology to the original which we prepare at home. As the two wise visitors have pointed out things are not fresh or genuine.
I like the humor you added to soften this human chicken ( or is it inhuman?). What a weird title to the preparation!

I am sure many would agree that the best way to look and feel great is to eat vegetables and fruits. I believe they have the most nutrients to keep us healthy and happy. We have made salads our main course at home and in addition, plenty of cooked vegetables and as many fruits (instead of fruit juices) as we get our hands on. We eat spinach in place of broccoli, peanuts, walnuts and cashew nuts and several legumes as well. Plenty of water in place of soda made a difference to our health.

I think we do look what we eat. I loved this aphorism!

Write on!
