Jean the proud girl & her three friends [E] This is a short story that has a moral lesson. |
Welcome to WDC from "Newbie Welcome Wagon" ! Hello Ruthy! I found your story on in the 'review a newbie" file and the title pricked my interest. I enjoyed reading the story and hope you find this feedback useful. Overall Impression: I think the story teaches a few valuable lessons. The first one was the moral to the story. The second lesson is to treat others the way you want to be treated yourself. The three girls treated Jean kindly in spite of the way she treated them. Thirdly there is a lesson in there to forgive others. Plot: I liked the plot and how the story flowed. Jean was all about herself and in the end had to humble herself to eat. Scene/Setting: The village was the setting and to survive there you must be self sufficient. The three girls were responsible and did their chores while Jean did nothing but admire herself. Characters: The characters were easy to identify with. The three best friends were kind and friendly while Jean was a villain. Grammar and Mechanics: I am not an English major but I did not see any errors in your paper. Suggestions: The only thing I see to suggest is your last three lines are a smaller font. Thank you for sharing your story. I welcome you to visit my portfolio and offer a review on any piece that may interest you as well Rozebud ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only **
