Title: A Morning Tease

First Impression: Charlie never mentioned he writes poetry as well, Hmm. Well, the secret is out.

What I liked: The image of tableside stash, it up and walked away to drift, etc. I can't help but picture dust floating in the air as we reach for the nightstand. I am always amazed quickly it accumulates even after I have cleaned.

What needs your attention: In the third stanza I really think since you went with anchored weights it should be sewed shut not sewing shut. Maybe it just me but I am curious why you didn't put the title above the poem like most authors do?

Favorite Parts: I love the closing stanza, it says so much. Each of us needs something when we first wake up. Me, I am always knocking my book off the night stand as I reach for my glasses. I can't see a dang thing without them. This particular stanza can be taken in so many ways depending on what the craving or desire is.

Overall Impression: Not only is my dear Charlie a great blogger, and a awesome reviewer. He's a good poet.
