Hello dear Web Witch,
Robin William's death affects all of us irrespective country and continent. Your poem on the passing away of the great actor reaches out to all.
Who can forget his laughter-filled movies and sparkling dialog and expression.
I appreciate the philosophy of life and death that the poem contains.
To me, the vital line is "We’ll all be there, someday soon." How very true. Life is an illusion and death is certain. Yet, it is better to live life like the gift that was intended by God. And talented people like Robin Williams help us to live it up. I am grateful for such souls.
Imagery, symbol and meaning come through clearly. The moon, the night, and the final good bye add up to make it a draw.
Rhyme and rhythm are winsome.
Write on!
