It amazes me how you can take a variety of assigned words and come up with a poem that not only makes sense, it sends a message, and rhymes! I'm impressed.

Your poem is so right on. So many do not understand that holding on to hate and pain only hurts themselves.

I like how you point out that it is a choice a person makes. I like the 'shadowed wall of pretense' and the 'I defend...ere they start to plunge...' You may want to correct the spelling on 'pretence to pretense' I love Spell Check. lol
