Oh goodness. What a wonderful poem you have written. I like the flow of it and the subject you picked. As a child and even into my teens, when thinks weren't like I thought they should be, I would have someone take me to the Chapel. There I would sit and meditate. I always left with a wonderful feeling that all would be well.
As far as grammar, I find no errors at all.
