I'm reviewing for "Invalid Item" .

I enjoyed this story about a haunted apartment where Bridget disappeared. The details about her and her mother's situation, the setting, their neighbors, and her mother's view made the story enjoyable.

My favorite part was the old lady revealing the story about why apartment fourteen was haunted.

You followed the prompt very well because it was the apartment using that number that stirred fear and caused chaos in Bridget's life.

My Suggestions and questions:
At the beginning of the story when you wrote from Bridget's point of view, the readers know that Ms. Maggie could not remember why the apartment fourteen was haunted yet at the end of the story, she reveals to Elyse the story behind that haunted apartment. Was it that she didn't want to tell Bridget the story that would scare her but told her mother about it?

Since the ghost killed children, it is important to know what age Bridget was.

The ending was great! The idea of the apartment remaining haunted, very clear that it had a presence, gave me the creeps.
