How I found your piece...I decided to go through my list of favorite authors and review a piece from each of them, needless to say you are on my list!

First impressions...I enjoyed your piece, I found it interesting and it made me want to read more of these ghosts in the school, great job!

Was the title interesting...I spotted this title among your poem entries and knew I had to read this one, just based on the title!

Was the content rating appropriate...yes

Did you use a specific form of poetry...a simple quatrain, I believe with a repeating refrain, let me know if it is another form.

Did you follow the form...yes

Was there a rhyme scheme- what was it...abcB

Did the rhymes seem forced...not at all, all the lines flowed well together

Were words forced to fit syllable count...n/a

Was there rhythm and flow...yes, the repeating refrain added flow to the piece, I really enjoyed it.

Any errors in grammar, spelling, or punctuation...none noted

Things I would change...for some reason I tripped over this line;

We haven't been able to leave.

I think it is the word 'able' that is tripping me up, for some reason I prefer 'allowed'. OF course, this is my opinion and I can't even back it up with a reason.

Favorite parts/lines...
loved this stanza...

They rose from desks and books and floors
Two rose out of the pool
There were some many of them.
When ghosts took over school.

The imagery in this is fantastic, I could picture the phantasms floating up.
