Hi Bethie,

I read this heart-warming story and really enjoyed it, especially the emotion you put into it.

The plot flowed from beginning to end.

I really like the characters. You made them come to life, especially Izzy. I like the interaction between them. I found it very real for family members to have both positive and negative relationships.

There were no grammatical errors that stopped the flow. I spotted just a few that you could easily see and edit.

I think what needs a bit more detailed is the setting. I needed to see a bit more of their surrounding. Example, at the end, tell me a bit more about the environment, the scents, the noise, etc.
