This is a beautifully constructed poem. You use descriptive language to great effect, and I could easily see the scene you were describing. Having the character of Cerelia in your poem (great name) adds a human touch to the autumnal surroundings. You work with the form well and seem to meet all the requirements. It's a new form on me so I've learned something reading your work today.
