A lose of a good friend never be forgettable who died tragically. The golden moments never come back. This memory lasts year after year in ones heart. This sorrow never run out. I like the subject of your poem. In your poem you described your feeling simply that makes me read. My opinion is if you write a prose about this subject it will be good.
Nice poem.
