Hi rumchels, First welcome to WDC.

I like the story of your pet cat. I have once a white fury cat but it died when it grew older. Do you know that cat can live only 10 to 15 yrs. It is a most popular domestic in the world. Like you I also not heard the name “feline leukemia” before.

Suggestion: If you write more about your cat like How it played with you, How it looked like, that will be more interesting to read. Keep writing.
