Waiting alone can heal some wounds. Prayer and fortitude could also contribute to strengthen mind when it is at its lowest ebb. Life is not a picture story where each day dawns on a golden note and ends in twilight romance. This poem shows how different life is from that which we glance at through colored glasses.

This free verse reflects the chaotic thoughts of existential struggle. Clearly, it takes a strong mind to make meaning out of what appears to be a mess. There is also room for hope and a sincere attempt to get things in perspective.
"Voices telling me I don't belong
I will still try and find my way"

Imagery-
Imagery has visual appeal. It involves the reader to think why certain things happen the way they do. Why does an intelligent human being gives in impulses? and so on.

Flow-
Flow follows the mind set of the poet. When darkness surrounds, we try to brighten it with a candle and a prayer.
